I've been dealing with the service department for a while (summer 2012). They're all lovely and super helpful. Never had an issue. I was asked if I wanted to trade in my G37 and get an upgrade (sure .. why not). The sales staff and manger were just worthless, very disappointed and almost insulted with how the sale process was preformed. Walked out frustrated and I'd likely never buy a car from them again while that sales manger works there. Service is great, sales .. likely better else where.
