Rude staff with terrible customer service. The teacher grabbed my son by the back of his cardigan and dragged him to where the other kids were (he's only 18 months old so he's not the best at following directions). Certainly there are better ways to guide a toddler! The manager (who was not present) excused the teacher's behavior by saying that the teachers are permitted to behave in this manner for safety reasons.
