I stayed here with my friends for the weekend. It was not very busy and we enjoyed our stay.
Room was well decorated but it was dusty and needs to be deeply cleaned. It was very quiet room. Unfortunately I can not sleep in a soft squishy bed and i do not know if hotel has different bedding option. A/C was working very well. Room and bathroom amenities were more than enough.
Front desk staff did not inform us about hotel services and facilities during check in. I had to check room directory. It's not a big case, they are very friendly and asked about our stay experience at each time we contacted them. We had to change keycards several times. I think keycard system is outdated. Check out process was fast with a professional manner.
Variety of buffet breakfast offerings caters for every taste.
I do not know how i can express my pleasure for restaurant staff. Maybe the best restaurant staff i have ever seen. They are always smiling. Guest interaction is top. They know how to touch guests' heart. We had wonderful breakfast experience. Especially Baris and Ceyda, big thank you! I wish them a great success for their career.
They are real asset of Hilton and reflect true Turkish hospitality.
Car park is complimentary and hotel has convenient location. I had no chance to have time in SPA.
I have been working for hospitality industry for 10 years and I hope this feedback will help management team to assess the standard of hotel services for improvement.
Nice hotel and i recommend it. Looking forward to stay there again!
