Seriously. They were a waste of time. Going through the process even though they knew loan to value numbers wouldn't meet criteria. It's laughable that a company would waste the homeowner's time, inspection time, and just the fact that they jumped ship immediately when nothing panned out for their agenda. I truly believe they are a numbers game looking to 'serve' whoever falls into their plan and then they get to add to their marketing regardless of successful stats.
