Outstanding! I had the pleasure of visiting the new site in Guilford and what a pleasant trip. I traveled 100 miles to get my Lotus serviced and it was a superb experience. Phil was kind enough to give me a guided tour of their amazing new site and introduce me to Dean the technician who worked on my car who explained everything to me. Huge thanks to both Phil & Dean today you made it a worth while trip and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Again.
