Very bad customer service. I have waited a MONTH for my washer parts to get shipped to me. Neither Sears, UPS, or the Sears Technician has called me to let me know what is going on. I have been given so many different numbers and no one seems to know what is going on. I also have a guarentee on the washer and I always have to pay when they send a technician. What's the point of the Guarentee if they always take the money out of my bank account.
As a customer, I will never buy anything from here again. I used to like shopping at Sears not only at there Home Deparment but also the clothes deparment. As of today I will never give money to this company again, also if I could give this zero stars I would. Because it is based on my customer service that I have been given.
