I have played in the league for about a year now and overall it's a good experience. They are timely in making schedules, will work with teams on weird requests like no games on the west side after 8 PM. The weekend clinic for beginners is exactly that, don't go there expecting experienced players. They don't have the same instructors all the time so you can get a wide spectrum skill in the instructor. The open play is usually pretty crowded. The league play refs are usually pretty good. Gym quality varies but they have a lot of gyms.
