I loved Marriott hotels since I was a child and always prefer to stay at this brand. I have never received such poor customer service.

I won't go into details but instead of acting professionally, the manager, Charmaine, ridiculed my wife with a Wal-Mart comment.

Trying to spend time with my wife for her birthday only to be ridiculed. I will never stay at this location. Originally: 1 Star
