Very pretty castle ruin. Part inhabitable and used as a cafe and tearoom this Was booked for a wedding at the time of our visit and not open to the public until 10th of feb 2018. Nice old church opposite, village gree with benches overlooking the castle and dales. Worth a visit but check on line if planning as a day out. We took it in as part off a 7 mile circular walk.
