Almost no a/c on a hot day, didn't open the theaters until five minutes before the movie started, and the manager was yelling at everyone, as if it was OUR fault they hadn't opened the theater or given us any place to be.

I used to think the nugget was quaint. Now... I'll go elsewhere.
