I just purchased my 5th car from CARMAX. Every experience has been a positive one. I deal exclusively with one awesome salesman, STEPHEN WRIGHT!!!! Mr Wright is patient, knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful. Not one time did I ever feel that I was going through this process alone. Every car has been in tiptop shape, and whenever there was an issue, the Service department is always professional, courteous, and informative, while keeping me up to date on the status of the vehicle.
