My claims are being ignored and calling 'Customer Service' does not help.
Very unsatisfied - I pay for Dental Insurance every paycheck, yet I receive nothing back. They are mailing my claims back to my Dentist, un-processed. Do not bother calling them, they do not assist you in any way.
