I seriously wonder how this hotel got rated 4 star...

I seriously wonder how this hotel got rated 4 stars. Doors don't shut unless pulled, bedrooms look and feel like the 80s of last century (I literally felt I was "back to the Future" in my mid teens) avoid at all costs
