The worst service we ever expirienced traveling through US
-15 munutes before we our stay Was over, while we've been preparing to leave the room we've got A call with a reminder that we need to leave A room soon. So rude!
- we asked if we can leave A lugge, as it's normal in each hotel.Then we went to The room where A person from Staff told us that we NEED TO TIP FIRST. Really? In advance? He even suggested A stake,an when we gave less he became unpleasent.
-when A guy arrived with our car from The parking, we said hi to him. He never answeared....

Plus old room with unpleasent smell. Very uncomfortable bed.
