I don't understand how this place could have ever ...

I don't understand how this place could have ever gotten a Michelin star. Having been to several starred restaurants across Europe, this simply wasn't up to that standard. Sitting down to a sticky, dirty plate, being served by slow, chaotic waiters wearing dirty aprons. Not to mention how crammed it was and how the staff treated customers.
Generally the food was decent with some items (cheung fun and macarons) being really nice, if not the best out there, while some would fall below an average china town restaurant. Also would have appreciated if at times my food wasn't being thrown on the table and if it didn't take 15minutes for the waiter to bring the bill and another 15 to bring the card machine.
