This company does not take accountability for the actions of their workers. My vehicle was damaged due to one of their employees directing me to go down a supposedly closed road . Since the road was supposed to be closed and not have vehicle traffic their workers lied and stated they did not direct traffic in that direction when they did. I was not the only vehicle others were directed down that same road as well. There is a complete lack of accountability especially when this road is the access road for my community in which I live. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this company has displayed.

Response: that would be a valid response had I not been told that it is your word against the workers by your HR and that the road was CLOSED . When it clearly wasn t as workers were directing traffic down that street. Mind you, the entire street is the only point of exit/entry to my neighborhood. Again, complete lack of accountability. This is everything that is wrong with corporations.
