I saw all the negative reviews and felt obligated to post a review myself. I had a wonderful experience with NAL Logistics. They delivered my IKEA couch within the timeframe they provided - calling 10 minutes before they arrived at my apartment. The delivery drivers were very nice and brought everything inside carefully and placed the couch exactly where I asked them. They didn t complain once at the fact that they had to walk a few hundred yards to get to my apartment from the street.

Overall I had a very good experience
