i so far i really like the tools i have purchased. i have been using them in my home shop for about a year mostly nights and weekend use and they seem to be holding up good. so after the first year of use i decided to buy the 1/2 in socket set. well my wife got me it for Christmas. i opened the box up and one of the black plastic lock for the box was broken. i will say i was a little bummed about it. so i jumped on tektons web site and sent them a email about it. in 2 minutes i had a response back saying " send me your mailing address and will ship a new latch out tomorrow morning". i though to my self thats great customer service considering it was 11 a clock Christmas morning. now 4 days later i have received my new latch!!! i even got a sticker with it.
