Hotel is nice. Location is nice. Pool and other amenities still closed during my visit due to COVID-19.

I frequent Las Vegas and Laughlin and decided to try this place closer to home. I realize it's required to charge for alcohol drinks in the casino but it doesn't mean you take advantage of that and overprice the drinks, which they do. No free Wi-Fi which is 10 years behind other properties. Restaurants and fast food selections are of good quality (with Smashburger being an exception - avoid!). Staff is friendly and very helpful. Not sure if I will return again. I'm not a heavy drinker but a pretty heavy gambler when I do go out and I don't expect to be and I don't expect to be charged 8 to $10 for a beer (with tip) when every other casino outside of California would give it to me for free. Resort fee is also a little steep and a policy I completely disagree with as it should be included in your initial room charge.
