I had the worst experience with this company. I used to live in Emerald Vista Apartments. During my 1 year of living there we went through 3 different managers. I ended paying more rent since there was increase of more than $100 to not be in a lease and do month to month. Long story short I ended up moving out. I gave a 30 day notice and also left the apartment pretty clean. I get a letter through the mail saying I owe this company $900+ for cleaning and vinyl damaged. I dispute it since I know that was already there before I moved in. They give me another letter saying they waive the cleaning fee. However I still owe them like $300, keep in mind they discounted from my deposit. And said I broke my lease! Which is so false! Now that they see I didn t have a lease they are trying to charge me again for the cleaning! Since they screwed up and now that I didn t break a lease they are trying to charge me! Horrible! Don t move to any of their locations you will regret it!
