When a guest checks in and asks/confirms that there is a pullout sofa bed in the room, you may want to offer sheets and blankets for the bed. Hoping that there were already sheets and blankets in the room I let this go just to have to go back down and request sheets. After waiting around a few minutes she returned with sheets. I then asked about blankets and at that point was asked to follow the staff so that I could haul all of this stuff back up to my room myself. Seemed a bit overpriced for what it was. Small room but was clean and didn't have any strange odors.
