Our meal was lovely, served efficiently and quickly by very friendly but unobtrusive staff. Definitely on the pricy side, leaving us out of pocket nearly $200 for entrees, mains and a couple of drinks each for two people. Worth it for a special occasion, though.
Only two small beefs: I m not a fan of shared bench seating. If I m having a special dinner for two, I don t like sharing a long bench with other diners with their table only a short distance away. Kinda douses the intimacy a little. And maybe it s not terribly appropriate watching a staff member chewing gum with his mouth open as he wandered about the room.
But still definitely worth four stars. We had a nice night. Thank you.
