They "manage" our condominium association here in ...

They "manage" our condominium association here in The Bronx. Based upon my experience with PLI Management as a unit owner ( we have now had 3 different property managers) they are a disaster!!! The property managers are non responsive to the complaints of residents, bring in outside vendors that perform subpar repairs and often ignore residents emails and telephone calls. Based upon this owner's experience: I would not hire them to manage a portable outhouse!!!!
