I ordered a bed online for my daughter and as I put it up I realized that a part was missing.
So I wanted to call the service concerned to report it, but I spent 3 hours going from service to service without being able to get an answer to my problem due to an error in the preparation of my order!
From this evening my daughter will sleep on a mattress on the floor !!!!
The only answer I have been given is to contact the Ikea nearest to me on Monday or to go there. Frankly easy in times of confinement !!!
IKEA knows how to sell but doesn't care about customers. I strongly advise against this sign.
