Horrible service dept. phones not answered, rings ...

Horrible service dept. phones not answered, rings and rings....6 hours on Mon. left message with recept who said she walked back to them. Tried next day same thing...How do they stay in business??? Even tried the Chat room. Still do not have an answer to how my parts to be shipped and tracking number!! Posted this yesterday, but it wasn't posted!!!!!
