Once again, five stars to the tech support team. I thought I knew that it was a network issue and sent a ticket to question why the emergency reboot wasn't scheduled until later yesterday evening. The team identified a htaccess file issue at my end. Not only did they identify the problem, but they fixed it. Thank you. Great support and I appreciate it.
