My wife was torn between a 2013 Honda Pilot and 2013 Toyota Highlander. We went to Conicelli with the idea we could test drive a Pilot and got way more than we thought. Paul Caltabiano not only let us drive a couple Pilots but he tracked down a highlander at a nissan dealership and took us over to see that, letting us measure the two up right next to each other. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. He didn't pressure us or try to push us to make a deal. Ultimately, we went through a different dealership due to Conicelli not having the exact trim/model we wanted, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Paul in the future.
