The store manager Fresia Grisalez is equally useless as the staff she employees. No one at this location actually cares about you or about doing the right thing. I wouldn t trust brining my car here. Most mechanics have the stigma of being shady. This Pep Boys location makes sure to follow suit. Shady LIARS at this location. Go elsewhere!
