Originally I gave this company 5 stars but after the debacle going on now I'm going to change this. Ordered desk and chair back in April. Chair on next day delivery but turned up 2 days later, no big deal still have a table and chair anyways. Desk delivery June 6th so thought well got one part need to wait due to situation we're in. End of May get an email desk is now not in stock so could either wait for it to be in stock, see what else is available or cancel order/refund. Emailed back to say can someone contact me to arrange see what else is available. Since the end of May nothing. Radio silence. Its now the 16/06 and no contact regarding this. Absolutely appalling customer service. I'm now in process of arranging refund from credit card bought with. Teaches me a lesson on not using companies such argo, IKEA and the likes. Never again, avoid avoid!
