Very disappointed with the service department at W...

Very disappointed with the service department at Wolfchase hyundai. I went online and scheduled an appointment for 7:00 am on 7/18/2019. The doors did not open at 7, but a few minutes later. I called Lyft so that I could get to work on time when I found out that the shuttle services doesn't start until 8:00 am. I had to be at work at 8:00 am, thus the reason I was there by 7:00 am. Later that day I was told that they could not fix the recalls on my car because the parts had to be ordered. I did try to call the dealership prior to going online, but no one answered the phone and when I left a message, no one called back. So I then went to schedule an appointmet online. Nothing was said to me about providing a vin number first so that parts could be ordered when I scheduled the appointment. Couldn't someone have looked at the scheduled online customers and given them a call regarding vin numbers. Also since I purchased my vehicle there and they had my name, couldn't they have looked me up in the system and gotten the vin number needed. I know the information is in the system. It seems that there is not enough effort made to accomodate the customer and I felt that my time and effort was not respected at all. I don't know how or when I will get the recalls corrected because I can't spend an entire day getting nothing accomplished and I don't plan to try again at Wolfchase Hyundai again.
