The worst experience ever, From the Manager to the technician .
I live in a condominium building and we have service parking. When the guy arrived he called me and said that there's no parking and he would have to pay . I said no problem come and i'll give you the money .He said no i don't trust you , you have to come to me. I had to go down all the way from the 33rd floor because thats where i live. Then when i called him it turns out he's waiting at a 7/11 that's 15 minutes away walking distance. I told him i can talk to the security and they would let him park in the service parking but he wanted to park over there . He said i would have to go to him and he wouldn't come here .. I called the manager to complain but when i did he said he heard a different story and that if i wasn't satisfied with their services to hire another company.. Simply he said I can't help you !! What kind of manager is that!!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional company in my life
