Our staff employs more than 500 employees. At one of the business forums, I met Julia Khomova, who works as the head of the human resources department at Rost Group. From her I learned in detail about the outsourcing service of HR management and about their know-how - the ROST IC program. After consulting with our director, we decided to conduct an experiment and transfer part of the KDP to rost. As a result, today they accompany all our employees and finally all our staffing issues have been completely resolved.
