I am working as an Project Cost Controller of Sonangol P&P (a company of Angola National Oil & Gas) is contributing 80% revenue of the country. The Gas is our natural resources, Bangladesh producing these gases with assistance of foreign technology. In this way Chevron is contributing big portion of revenue in our country. Meantime Bangladesh should develop the major facilities to execute other project by maximum mobilization and minimize the cost of production, in order distribute gases to the citizens within the capability, meantime should educated the people not to waste the natural energy and should maintain the regular monitoring and control from distribution board up to the consumers. By respecting the way of charge per gas-stove, is not reasonable by considering use and waste; the charges should base on consumption and that will quantity by meter reading. Out Govt. should implement the metering system prior safe the waste and reasonable charge to the end user.
