This place is unethical. Should be illegal. No beating around the bush on that one. Courtney or "Courntey" how its spelt in the emails blatantly lied to me in the interview process. Lied to me with a big ol' smile on her face while she looked me straight in my eyes. No morals. Seems like the titanium way is to lie or mislead the employees, clients, and or customers. They may deny being a MLM or pyramid scheme but that's what it is. I think these people should be looked into. I called and emailed the next week after leaving the second interview at Sam's Club and they have not responded to any of my concerns or questions. Stay far away from these folks unless you want to be used or your personal info possibly not being disposed of properly. Not vary structured or organized, probably cause they are worried about screwing over the next person in line. If you want to work hard and have people make it big off your hard work this is the place to be.
