Contractors Beware. Customer service at this company is terrible. I completed a roof for a homeowner with this insurance over 60 days ago. I sitll have not been payed. The customer service representative, Chad Pleasant, was rude to my homeowner, as he was with me. At some point I'll have to put a lien on my homeowners home.
