Where to begin? I only rated 1 star because the service won't allow me to give SEFL any less. Terrible communication, despite repeated contact from me over the course of 8 months (business related shipments). Each and every person wants to place the blame on someone else. My invoices clearly state "CALL TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY APPT" and "need liftgate" and yet somehow each and every delivery is a complete fiasco- from the cost of freight, to NOT calling for appt, to no liftgate, to someone actually telling me "they told me to pull your shipment off the truck". (Who is "they"? and why are they telling you this? and why are you telling me this when the last person said my shipment *was* on the truck?) Don't rely on Justin Self in the Customer non-Service dept at corporate to help, either. He'll just use "they" and "them" frequently and pass blame around, until he blames you, his customer. In fact he blamed me despite proof on my invoices that everything I said was the truth, I had dates and names, and voice mails proving the employees in the Durham depot were lying. I'll be speaking to the owners next. I realize I'm just one very small customer, but your customer service is the worst. And now my largest supplier knows it, as well. They're not such a small customer...
