Ever since covid they ve gotten really sloppy. Overbooking, poor communication, don t even know if my dog even sees a vet. Came in for an emergency was told that the emergency hospital is backed up and just wait in the car. Didn t ask what was wrong with my dog just said to wait. 35 minutes later they come to get my dog whose hanging onto life and they were confused why I was waiting. At discharge they just gave me my dog with a bag and said have a good day. Didn t bother to go over what happened, findings, what they did, what I need to do. I know this place is usually really great and they fixed my dog, but you re leaving people in the car and not keeping them informed and not having a thorough intake process. Covid has been around for 7 months, there s no excuse that they can t figure out a system that is efficient. Everyone s had to cope, the fact they are complacent in their practices bothers me. If I didn t need the specialist here I would have likely gone to another emergency vet.
