Very kind, helpful staff creating a good atmosphere.
Attention to details (which kind of water you prefer in the room, etc).
The room was fantastic: spacious, comfortable, with big desk and comfortable sofa.
Excellent breakfast in terms of quality and diversity.
Strongly recommend.
