After a year with you and no claims or problems, the premium was raised compared to the year before despite having gone up a class. Having to wait until the end of the month to make the payment because I had reached the card limit, I was also advised that my budget had expired and with a recalculation my premium went up by a further 130 without the possibility of re-accessing the previous budget for three days from the deadline. I find myself forced to look for another company and certainly my reviews and word of mouth towards your company (some relatives were about to pass on to your insurance but I blocked them in time) will not be positive.
This is not the best way to keep customers.
