The hotel is located nearby the Royal Dublin Society. It takes approximately 25 min to walk in the city center. The hotel is big and may need sone refurnishment work. The rooms are very big and sport activity in the room is possible. Breakfast is good and abundant. Overal I would get back in this hotel.
