Dear Rudy,

Dear Rudy,
You are not the only one with this experience. I was also employed in the night shift and more than achieved my target.
Working at Nike can be a lot of fun, but can also be very disappointing, depending on which department you are employed and which coaches are responsible for that. You have coaches with a higher diploma, but you have also worked there for many years as a warehouse employee and these are not always the most intellectual people.
At the department where I worked, there was cheating with the figures of the targets. I had this through and gave my opinion on this and this was reason enough to dismiss me. They said that I was one of the fastest employees. Very much how people play here with people.
Literal words from the coach: "I want you to raise the team average". It is thus the custom that (not all) interim employees have to perform faster.
However, there were also interim employees (the darlings) who were not judged on their target and did not have to follow the rules.

During the period that I worked here, the union started an investigation into the abuses in our department.
Moreover, it has been stated to the trade union that we have agreed my resignation together (which is completely made up), so that the rest of the week was not paid out.

I have worked in a different department in the past. There the atmosphere was top and people were treated equally.
