HORRIBLE STAFF!! I went today for my first time ever, spent over 100 on a season pass, to only have my Sandals stolen after being here for 20 minutes! I asked the girl at the wave pool who told me just to steal someone else's now! Really?? So I went to guest services because my main worry was getting 1st degree burns on my feet walking accross the parking lot to my car and the head lady there today sharaf told me she basically didnt care and that it was my fault and I should have bought a locker from them. She then agreed that I should just go "find another pair" like the worker girl at the wave pool told me to do. This place basically condones theft of property and encourages it as well. I cannot believe how this place is run and the managers they are hiring, omg, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
