Little hot tub water and cold environments in fact when you get out of the tub to lie down on the beds it is quite cold. Although they knew of our booking they were not correct in not warning us that the steam room was out of order so besides the small tub and the small sauna there was nothing else to do included in the entrance. Environments too cold to be a spa I recommend that you heat them up more finally, when we went to the snack area, the cups for the herbal teas were dirty and the dried fruit was old, the worst thing is that we often felt "controlled" by the staff on duty as they were often behind us especially inside the changing rooms and in the herbal tea area.
Last note: as soon as they arrived they started distributing the kit (towel, slippers and bathrobe) without specifying that it would be paid, luckily I had informed before and therefore I blocked the staff from distributing it (we were a group of people) because otherwise no one would have learned that they had to pay it at the exit!
