Mike L. from ServiceOne did a fantastic job repairing two toilets in less than 25 minutes. The first one I attempted to fix over the weekend, but had difficulty reconnecting the hard supply line to the bottom of the tank. He replaced the hard line with a braided one and ensured the system was leak free. With the other toilet, the flush valve gasket on the Mansfield cylinder was sticking, which created suction and made it very difficult to flush. Mike showed me how to replace the gasket without taking the tank apart; this was in case one of the other toilets in the house started becoming difficult to flush.
