Horrible place with horrible policies. My husband and I purchased tickets for a performance this past Saturday (3/3/2018). We had an unforseeable family emergency the night before and could not attend. We tried calling asap on Saturday morning but their ticket office is (in)conveniently NOT open on the weekends, despite the fact that they hold performances on the weekends. We left a message hoping someone could help us. We just now this afternoon got a call back letting us know there was nothing they could do for us. Nothing. No exchange offered. NOTHING. We would have been glad to accept exchange for one ticket, or cheaper seats even, but we were offered nothing. So now we are out $150. So if you buy tickets for a show with Sac Philharmonic, make absolutely sure you're not going to have any emergencies or that nothing unforseeable is going to happen, otherwise they WILL screw you out of your money. What they should have told is was that there is something they can do to help us, but they just didn't want to help us. Dispicible company. Take your business elsewhere.
