The person I spoke to was horrible! When I explained that I was not aware of this debt and could pay it in full in one month, he immediately started yelling at me and berating me like I was absolute trash. I called back and spoke to a supervisor who helped with the situation, but to know that someone can treat people this way without knowing the situation is atrocious!
