Worst customer service EVER!! Paid $5049 for a zer...

Worst customer service EVER!! Paid $5049 for a zero turn mower which they shipped UPS freight. UPS freight never delivered as promised and when I called customer service I was told I should call UPS. THEY SHOULD have called. UPS wanted to leave it on the side of the road the next business day because they failed to deliver it when scheduled... WHAT? I MISSED A WHOLE DAY FROM WORK FOR NOTHING. I asked for a refund and I was told a manager would have to refund me as the representative couldn't. DO NOT BUY EQUIPMENT TO BE SHIPPED FROM HERE. You would be lucky to get it, let alone a refund when you didn't get it!
UPDATE: 7 days after original delivery date, STILL NO REFUND!! 3RD call to Jack's and the representative calmly states the mower has been there for 2 days but they haven't had time to inspect it yet. HUH? I didn't send THEM the mower, why do I have to wait for an inspection? That's their policy!! They stated it's not THEIR fault it didn't get to me. I THINK IT IS!! The company you choose to ship REPRESENTS YOU as a company. I have been forced to file a fraud complaint against this company. STAY AWAY and buy elsewhere!! LOOK AT YELP REVIEWS!!
