We had a wonderful stay at Cervo Zermatt. We received great service when we arrived in Zermatt at the train station. Since we wanted to go straight to the slopes on the first day, the hotel staff offered us to collect our luggage and bring it to our room.

After several wonderful hours on the slopes, the way to the hotel was only a stone's throw away. The hotel is right at the end of the valley run. In the morning, the way to the piste is also very short, as there is a lift right in front of the hotel to the Sonnegga valley station. At check-in we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink in the Bazar restaurant.

The room that we could move into afterwards was sensationally furnished. In addition to a large minibar, there was seating inside and outside on the balcony. The bathroom was beautiful and generously stocked with organic soaps and shower products that gave off a very pleasant smell. My favorite feature of the room was definitely the extremely comfortable and large bed and the exclusive view of Zermatt and its mountain ranges.

The spa was equipped with all the facilities we could wish for. Sauna, steam bath and a pool with a direct view of the Matterhorn.

Overall, our stay was carefree, relaxing and exciting. An unforgettable trip. I recommend the hotel to my friends
