Infinitech jumped in right away when we lost our tech coordinator. Learning a new organization and the breadth of our technology needs is a big task, and they have been very responsive whenever we've had challenges. If an issue arises, they're available to talk on the phone or in-person. More than anything, I appreciate that they never offer excuses or try and talk over the heads of our employees when something isn't working as it should.
