I'm no longer at Texas Tech student who's all allowed to vote at the recreation center you are the closest to my house and I am handicapped disabled Desert Storm Iraq Afghanistan veteran and I need a place to vote and I don't have transportation accessible to me at this time can I go vote at your Recreation Center because I only u.s. American citizen who fought for my country do I have to be a citizen to vote there I mean do I have to be a college student to vote there is that it doesn't seem fair
